I was giving this some thought in the silence of my house last night. I was lying in bed when I began to think about Robin Hood. Why? I have no idea but Robin Hood kept popping into my head. For anyone who doesn’t know, Robin Hood is the famous British outlaw who would “rob from the rich and give to the poor.” You may remember him from that movie starring Kevin Costner, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves or possibly Robin Hood: Men in Tights The whole premise of the Robin Hood legend has been centered around a working class hero who, with his band of “merry men” overthrough the oppressive government and upperclass.

Hey guys, sorry i haven't made a post in over a month, just writing this post to get somethings off my mine in what i will like to call Add Rumblings #1.

1. When you are walking and you see someone you know approaching...There's that instant second where you decide if you are going to say hello or, if you are going to not say hello. You are deciding if you are going to wait for the other person to say hello, or if you are going to say something besides hello, or if you are just going to acknowledge that person somehow...or not. There has to be a term for this decision process. I've noticed that I do this every time. I'm killing me.

2. What is the point of drinking coffee everyday? You get more energy from an apple than you do from a cup of coffee. I learn this when I played a doctor on TV, or was that when I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express? I forget.

3. The fish in my pond died. Leaves are falling. There is less sunlight. It's getting colder. McCain the douche might be president. There's no football team around here worth watching. Imagine if I was a pessimist?

5. One of my work spouses admitted to me she looked at porn online out of curiosity. She asked me [ do I look like an expert or something on this subject?] who would be willing to put amateur stuff out there? What if you saw your neighbor online doing the nasty? How would you react? Would you tell them you saw them? Would you tell others? Would you invite them over for dinner!?

6. A mom was sentenced to 45 days in jail, two years probation, and fined $1,605 for serving and allowing alcohol to underage kids at her home last spring. Another case of a moron growing up to be a grown up moron, and never really growing up.

7. We are not going through a depression. I don't care what Jim Cramer says. Spend less. Spend more. Buy what you want. Do something. There is wealth being created out there hand over fist. Don't let someone else do it for you, they'll blow your money (see Wall Street). I think Thyme is very underrated but I prefer Basil. Thy heart searches in a sea of lost and rampant fervor, waiting.

End of the summer games!

The summer games are almost over! It's pretty depressing, especially that Canada hasnt done as well as we have in the past
(Hint: Atlanta?). We have however seen what we saw from Simon Whitfield in 2000 at the Sidney Olympics, this year. Unfortunatly in 2004 we missed it with him finishing 16th. This year in the triathalon he had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. I mean in the last 2 kilometers he fell greatly behind and i didn't think he had it in him to catch up but when they turned the 180 degree turn, he said F$%@ it and threw off his hat and RUN FOREST RUN he gave it all, and wow we got silver, we could have not asked for anything more (except a gold). And lets not forget about the legendary Colin Jenkins. Wow we was the one that wears the pants and helped Whitfield get the Silver medal, with out him and his clearing abilities, we could not have accomplished such an exraordinary win! Congrats to both of you for bringing home the silver medal!



HAs anybody ever seen speed walking? YEah i havent either, it was the most funniest thing to ever see the mens 50K race walk. Now i couldn\t find a video of this years men's but i found on woments speed walking (not olympics) but imagin a guy walking like this.





Now thres not much i can say else until the olympics are officially over. And thats in about 8 hours give or take a few days. But WOW Micheal Phelps great job, as much as I don't like how stuck up you are, great job on winning those 8 Golds. I thought i could never be done. And that makes me gain respect for you man. Like i said though before, in a later post ill explain ever highlight of the olympics, Candaian Rowing, Trampoline, Wrestling everthing.

Summer Games

Team Canada has recently won 4 medals, finally. The summer olympics this year have got to be the most annoying ones for me. I mean at the begginning the Opening cerimones were the greatest i have ever seen, besides the fact that the singing and some of the fireworks in the show were fake. I also wonder if the chinese government have done anything to the guy that ratted out that these evens were fake and were to good to be true.




Now to the events. Micheal Phelps: He is a great swimmer don't get me wrong, but when he said that he was going for 8
gold medals, i thought he was nuts. First race, ok gold medal big woop. 2nd race begginners luck, then came the 3rd and the 4th and i started to hate him. I mean people are good but no one ever is THAT good. To see that smile on his face after he won his 8th gold medal tonight was like wow. He had the most handicapped smile ever. And i do show sympathy for him that he got picked on by fellow class mates and his teacher told him he would never succeed, well he did and I mean I'm not going to lie he has succeded and I bet that teacher feels like a prick now!





Team Canada has really let me down for the first week of the games. Not winning one thing until Friday night, So far we have one gold, one silver, and two bronze medals, which for two nights after having nothing is progress. But Togo won it's first medal before Canada! Keep them coming Team!





Vancouver 2010 is almost here and the tickets go on sale in October 2008 (this year) and that's for the games in Feburary of 2010! Now I really don't understand how people can make plans that far ahead, flights havent been planned yet, nor has hotel accomadations are yet for sale.

Blogging

I never really thought that blogging would be so hard. I just started it as a hobby kind of, and I guess ill keep it going. I do update it. But its really difficult to keep it up to date and keep pposting so this is why im posting a blog a bout a blog. Blogs are really hard to do. I thought it would be easy, well i feel like an idiot now, but now i must update as much as i can. It has been a couple of days now since i last posted but i have been busy.

So Blog, What is the definition?
Short for "Web log," a specialized site that allows an individual or group of individuals to share a running log of events and personal insights with online audiences. Blogs with political or current-events themes have grown in popularity and become "soap boxes" for instant mass-audience commentary.

Blogs for me are places to post about random stuff. I haven't really read a blog yet about a diary of everyday things. Blogs to me are used to post reviews for new items on the market, current news, and for people to post the latest in our world.

People can actually make money through typing random ideas on a Blog. Me my self i have made some money but not much. I mean though, its only been a week and i have made about 50 cents by advertising on it. Some people can make blogging a full time career, only to make $3,000 a week, just to type about the latest things. I don't however know how to bring in traffic to my blog. Hopefully sometime this thing that i do in my spare time really kicks off.

Well i am rambling off right now and i know my readers are probably bored of reading it. So i got this link just about 30 seconds ago. Im not going to lie it is pretty amazing

Ipod Classic

Recently i just got the new Black 80 gig Ipod Classic.

So I have the new ipod classic because my original fourth generation ipod broke and future-shop replaced it for free. Im kind of liking the new ipod. It has a sleek design, lots of storage space for music, videos, movies, and podcasts. Really cool games can go on it as well. The only problems i have on it is the click wheel sensitivity. People say that having a case for the ipod will improve sensitivity. Well it doesn't, I would actually rather use it without a case, but then im worried about the case becoming scratched.

All-in-all the 6g 80-gig Ipod classic is a solid model. It has long battery life, 30 hours of music, 5 for movies, its has i nicely made faceplate, now its aluminum, and a glossy screen.

To compare it to the touch. It doesn't have a touch screen. Thats obvious, It doesn't have Wifi capabilities, or a full size screen. It odes however have a longer battery life, bigger storage capacities, and it costs less.

Alright so isn't annoying when people make a your mom joke?

You can say that fire is hot, then some one all randomly will say your mom. Or another yo mama kind of joke " Yo mamma so fat, when she jumped in the air, she got stuck."

These kind of jokes really grind my gears because people try to be funny and everything but really aren't.  What ever happened to the chicken joke about crossing the road. I mean it was simple yet so funny how a random simple joke about a chicken crossing a road. And it isn't as annoying at " Your mom" jokes. 

I haven't heard a Knock Knock joke in a while either. I would like to hear one. Some of them were lame some of them were funny, others are the kind a child tells and you HAVE to fake laugh and you see their face and they start laughing to like they're the funniest person in the world....not

Oh on the topic of "Not" and I know this has nothing to do with your mother jokes but aren't you people really getting annoyed when people are saying catch phrases from Borat....NAT!? Its really annoying....sure at first when you first started hearing people hear it it was like...of how cute...not it just annoying as hell and you just want to say no to them...And when you do they get all pissed off.

 I also get annoyed with " Im rock james Bitch" unless you rick james or Dave Chappelle you really shouldn't be saying it. First of all because you not Rick James, Secondly your not funny!!!! DONT THEY GET IT!?!? 

OH and don't get me started with the lil Jon wanna bee's. Those people are seriously annoying

Hey all.

This is my first blog ever. I just want to see what it is like and so far its kinda cool.
